The Prinsenhof is a complex comprising offices, homes, a hotel and a car park on the Prinses Beatrixlaan in The Hague. It forms part of the new business district to be developed in the Beatrixkwartier in The Hague. This development was based on the master plan produced by Joan Busquets, which was developed in a workshop setting, under the management of Kees Rijnboutt.
The three 70-metre-high Prinsenhof high-rise apartment buildings contain a total of 207 apartments. The 63 different types of dwelling vary from two to five bedroom properties, with one to three floors. All have wonderful views and plenty of sunlight. A number of home-work units and a crèche have been included in the plinth too.
